1.2 Model/Specification Description

There are four models of disposable electrocardiogram electrodes, and the definition method for these models is as follows:

The first group of four letters is the abbreviation of the first letter of the production enterprise;

The first letter of the second group is used to identify the type of substrate material of the instrument;

W represents non-woven fabric;

F represents foam paper.

The second letter in the second group is used to identify the shape type of the device;

Y represents a circle

F represents square;

S represents water droplet shape;

W represents crescent shaped.

The third set of 2 or 4 digits is used to identify the size type of the device.

An example of model definition is as follows:

SHXJ - □ □ □ □ □ □

The third set of numbers represents the size

The second letter represents the shape of the product

The first letter represents the material of the product

Abbreviations representing the initials of manufacturing enterprises

  • Structural composition: The disposable electrocardiogram electrode product is connected in a buckle style, consisting of an electrode buckle, a base lining material (non-woven fabric/foamed polyethylene), an electrode core, conductive adhesive, and a protective film. For disposable products.

  • Intended use: Used in conjunction with instruments for electrocardiogram detection and monitoring.

Instructions For Disposable ECG Electrode

  • The connection method of disposable ECG electrode products is a buckle type, consisting of electrode buckle, base lining material (non-woven fabric/foam polyethylene), electrode core, conductive adhesive, and anti mucous membrane. For disposable products.

  • Cooperate with instruments for ECG detection and monitoring.

  • Main technical indicators of disposable electrocardiogram electrodes

  • Appearance: should be neat, clean, and free of foreign objects; The conductive paste has no peeling or drying phenomenon; The appearance of electrode metal parts should be smooth, flat, without oxidation or rust.

  • Size: Tolerance ± 1.0mm.

Electrical Performance

  • AC impedance: At least 12 pairs of electrode pairs connected by adhesive, at 10Hz and not exceeding 100 μ Under the applied current of A (peak to peak), the average impedance value should not exceed 2k Ω. The impedance of each individual adhesive connected electrode pair should not exceed 3k Ω.

  • DC offset voltage: After a stable period of 1 minute, the offset voltage of a pair of adhesive connected electrodes should not exceed 100mV.

  • Composite imbalance instability and internal noise: The voltage generated by a pair of adhesive connected electrode pairs in the frequency band of 0.15Hz to 100Hz (first-order frequency response) after a 1-minute stability period should not exceed 150 within the following 5 minutes μ V (peak to peak).

  • Defibrillation overload recovery: Charge to 10% of 200V μ F capacitor is discharged through a circuit connected in series with an electrode pair and a resistance of 100 Ω. In the 5th second after the capacitor starts discharging, the absolute value of the polarization electromotive force of the electrode pair connected by the adhesive does not exceed 100mV; Within the following 30 seconds, the rate of change of the remaining polarization electromotive force shall not exceed ± 1mV/s. After conducting the above experiment according to this requirement, the 10Hz AC impedance of the electrode pair should not exceed 3k Ω.

  • Bias current tolerance: Apply 200nA DC current to the electrode pairs connected to the adhesive for 8 hours, and observe that the voltage change at both ends of the electrode pairs does not exceed 100mV throughout the entire duration.
